- TB-500 is based on thymosin beta-4, which is studied in tissue repair, mostly in cells and animals.

Can these replace pain medication?
No. Don't stop or change prescribed medication, and see a doctor for pain that is new, severe or getting worse.
What does the research actually show?
Mostly lab and animal results. BPC-157 has been studied in tendon, ligament and gut injury models, KPV in gut inflammation models, and TB-500's parent protein in tissue repair. Human studies are small or missing.
