Terms of sale

These terms govern your purchase from Central Florida Peptides ("we," "us"). By placing an order you agree to them and to our research-use disclaimer.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and purchasing for lawful research or laboratory purposes. Products are not for human or animal consumption.

Orders & pricing

All prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. We may decline, cancel, or limit any order, including for suspected resale-for-consumption, fraud, or stock issues. An order is confirmed only once payment is received and we dispatch it.

Payment

We accept PayPal, major credit and debit cards, and Bitcoin. Crypto orders may receive a discount as shown at checkout. Payment is captured before fulfillment. Billing descriptors are kept discreet.

Shipping

We offer same-day delivery in the Orlando metro and next-day delivery statewide in Florida on in-stock orders placed by 2 PM local time, plus standard discreet shipping elsewhere. Delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes on delivery to the carrier.

Subscriptions (managed plans)

Managed plans bill monthly until cancelled. You may cancel anytime before your next billing date from your account or by emailing us; cancellation stops future shipments and charges but does not refund a shipment already prepared or sent. The device remains your property.

Returns

Because these are research materials, opened or temperature-sensitive items cannot be returned. If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days for a replacement or credit.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product at issue. We are not liable for any use of a product outside of lawful research, nor for indirect or consequential damages.
